The gulfview mall location in Port Richey is horrible. 1st after eye exam and dilation I was overcharged because I couldnt see invoice for hours after.that was resloved after a while but still not happy about attemtedover charge. Then glasses came in and thet were installed with 1 perfect lense and 1 lens sticking out almst 1/4 inch,returned glasses and they said they would investigate.that came to letting it sit fot 10 days and not calling me back,I called and was given options of get glasses and $49 refund or buy their glasses or they can send them back to lab to see if they can fix it (that should have been done 1st) but after a few lies to my wife and excuses and contradictions,thet are arrogant and unqualified and WILL try to upsell at every turn,Sarah the manager will lie and wanda will be spiteful. The area manager Ms. Gonzalez will not return your call as we asked for her to call 10 days ago and after 3 voice mails no call yet,so bottom line is 3 visits,1 refund,defective glasses and still no resolution after 3 weeks.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!1

Dear Mr Abruzeeze:
As you are aware I met with your wife on Nov 9th and delivered to her the glasses personally after we corrected the situation. I did explain to her that the reason I had not reply when you first left me a message on Nov 2nd is because I was out of the country on Vacation. There is no way I would deliberately not answer a message, I do apologize if that was the impression.

After meeting your wife and delivering the glasses as you know she was very pleased and said she greatly appreciated our efforts in rectifying the situation with the glasses and informed that she would definitely continue to come back to us in the future.

I greatly appreciate your feedback, as you both are aware improving the quality of our service as well as our patient's satisfaction is our main priority as a Company.

I look forward to seeing you and your wife in the future.
